Padraig Lalor

Padraig joined the Grow Financial team on 1st July 2024 as Head of Operations. He has held senior roles in Canada Life and the Bancassurance channel of Irish Permanent. Padraig was instrumental in setting up support structures to help Financial Consultants develop their business and deliver solutions directly to branches and clients.

From Financial Services to Utilities, he joined CPM Ireland as Regional Sales Manager in the south of Ireland on behalf of Bord Gais Energy.  He then retrained and attained qualifications in Social Care and Wellbeing and Positive Behaviours in Autism, specifically to support those with learning difficulties in education. He joins us from the Central Remedial Clinic, where he held the role of Programme Facilitator. The focus of that role was to help deliver QQI accredited qualifications to young people with learning difficulties.

He too is a keen sports fan (from the comfort of the couch). With a passion for music Padraig can be found at anything from Electric Picnic to a local trad session.
